Why we exist
The industry is living the desktop→mobile
shift again — this time it’s AI.
Companies building global teams are forced into 8+ disconnected tools, 5–10 logins, and constant compliance risk — with zero intelligence connecting any of it. Legacy platforms answered AI by bolting a chatbot onto the same wall of forms. We think that’s the wrong answer.
We didn’t bolt an assistant onto a dashboard. We built the AI as the primary interface. The default way to get work done is simple: tell Remi what you need, review what she prepared, and confirm. The dashboard still exists — it’s just no longer where the work happens.
The companies we admire earned the globe by going deep first, not wide. Stripe made payments feel like a few lines of code. We’re taking the same path: master the hardest problem in global employment — country-correct payroll, tax, and statutory law across 150+ countries — then carry that depth everywhere.
